Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coparoo mobile app and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Coparoo is a tool that helps separated and divorced parents organize their children's calendar, communication, expenses and documents. The Service is fully functional solo; a co-parent can join later.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account; notify us if you notice unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service in any unlawful, harassing, or threatening way, or in a way that violates others' rights. You agree to enter only information you are genuinely entitled to and to use respectful language toward the other party.

4. Your content and immutable records

Content you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store it to provide the Service and to show it to your co-parent (in a shared family).
Messages cannot be edited or deleted (append-only legal record); they are timestamped and hash-chained. When you send a message, you acknowledge that it is permanent.
Custody blocks cannot be changed unilaterally; changes happen only through a swap request approved by the other party.

Important — about the "verifiable record." Coparoo produces verifiable reports (SHA-256 digest + QR) proving that your records match the original on the server. However, Coparoo is not a legal advisory service, and none of its outputs constitute legal advice. Whether a record is admissible as evidence in court depends entirely on the rules of the relevant jurisdiction and cannot be guaranteed by us. Consult a lawyer for your legal needs.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Coparoo has a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Payments are collected through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period; you can turn off renewal at any time in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Even after a subscription ends, you keep read-only access to and export rights for records created during the premium period; only adding new premium records is restricted.

6. Data ownership and export

Your data is yours. You can export it as a verifiable PDF report with Coparoo Premium and delete your account from within the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coparoo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The Service is not a party to, or an arbiter of, legal disputes between parents.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may leave the Service at any time by deleting your account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Coparoo mobil uygulamasını ve hizmetlerini ("Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Hizmeti kullanmayın.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

Coparoo, ayrılmış veya boşanmış ebeveynlerin çocuklarıyla ilgili takvim, iletişim, masraf ve belgeleri düzenlemesine yardımcı olan bir araçtır. Hizmet tek başına da (solo) tam işlevlidir; eş-ebeveyn sonradan katılabilir.

2. Uygunluk ve hesap

Hizmeti kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük ve hukuki ehliyete sahip olmalısınız.
Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve şifrenizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınız altındaki tüm etkinlikten sorumlusunuz; yetkisiz kullanımı fark ederseniz bize bildirin.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti hukuka aykırı, taciz edici, tehdit edici veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden biçimde kullanamazsınız. Yalnızca gerçekten hakkınız olan bilgileri girmeyi ve karşı tarafa saygılı bir dil kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

4. İçeriğiniz ve değiştirilemez kayıtlar

Girdiğiniz içerik size aittir. Hizmeti sunmak için bu içeriği saklamamıza ve (paylaşılan ailede) eş-ebeveyninize göstermemize izin verirsiniz.
Mesajlar değiştirilemez ve silinemez (append-only yasal kayıt); zaman damgalı ve hash zinciriyle korunur. Bir mesaj gönderdiğinizde bunun kalıcı olduğunu kabul edersiniz.
Velayet blokları tek taraflı değiştirilemez; değişiklik yalnızca karşı tarafın onayladığı takas talebiyle olur.

Önemli — "doğrulanabilir kayıt" hakkında. Coparoo, kayıtlarınızın sunucudaki orijinalle eşleştiğini kanıtlayan doğrulanabilir raporlar (SHA-256 özeti + QR) üretir. Ancak Coparoo bir hukuk danışmanlığı hizmeti değildir ve hiçbir çıktısı hukuki tavsiye teşkil etmez. Bir kaydın mahkemede delil olarak kabul edilip edilmeyeceği tamamen ilgili yargı yerinin kurallarına bağlıdır ve tarafımızca garanti edilemez. Hukuki ihtiyaçlarınız için bir avukata danışın.

5. Abonelik ve ödemeler

Coparoo'nun ücretsiz bir katmanı ve isteğe bağlı bir Premium aboneliği vardır. Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden alınır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir.
Abonelikler, dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir; yenilemeyi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Ücret iadeleri Apple'ın iade politikasına tabidir.
Abonelik sona erse dahi, premium dönemde ürettiğiniz kayıtlara salt-okunur erişiminiz ve dışa aktarım hakkınız sürer; kısıtlanan yalnızca yeni premium kayıt eklemektir.

6. Veri sahipliği ve dışa aktarım

Verileriniz sizindir. Coparoo Premium ile doğrulanabilir bir PDF rapor olarak dışa aktarabilir ve uygulama içinden hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

7. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırlama

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Coparoo; hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez ve dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmet, ebeveynler arasındaki hukuki anlaşmazlıkların çözümü için bir taraf veya hakem değildir.

8. Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz zaman hesabınızı silerek Hizmeti bırakabilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde sizi bilgilendiririz. Değişiklik sonrası Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
